These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.dittoprint.com.au and the services we offer, including our products, tools, and any related interactions ("Services").

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and Services.


1. Who We Are

Ditto Print is an Australian business based in Kingscliff, NSW. We provide custom-printed coasters and other promotional products through our online store, powered by Shopify.


2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.


3. Your Account

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Site. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.


4. Orders & Payments

All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

When you place an order, you confirm:

  • You’re authorised to use the payment method provided
  • The details you provide are true and correct
  • You understand your order is an offer to buy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We use third-party delivery companies. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping delays or errors caused by third-party carriers are not the responsibility of Ditto Print. However, we’ll always do our best to help resolve issues.


6. Returns & Cancellations

Because most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

We will, however, replace or refund items that:

  • Arrive damaged
  • Have a printing error that was not approved by you
  • Differ significantly from your approved proof

To request a replacement, please contact us at home@dittoprint.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site – including text, images, logos, designs, and artwork – is owned by Ditto Print or our partners and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission from us.


8. User-Submitted Content

You may submit artwork, designs, logos or other materials to us for custom printing. By doing so, you confirm:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use the material
  • Your content is not defamatory, unlawful or infringing
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to fulfil your order

We reserve the right to refuse content that we deem inappropriate or infringing.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount paid for the product in question

This clause does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure.


11. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may link to other sites or services. We’re not responsible for third-party content, practices, or privacy policies. Please review their terms before engaging.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised version on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.


14. Offers & Promotions

Any offer is available for a limited time only and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes unless specified. Offer may be modified or withdrawn without notice.


15. Mobile Terms of Service

By signing up to receive SMS/text messages from Ditto Print (the “Service”), you agree to these Mobile Terms. “We”, “us” and “Ditto Print” all refer to Ditto Print, based in Kingscliff, NSW.

We may update, pause, or stop the Service at any time without notice. If we update these terms, we’ll consider your continued use of the Service as your acceptance of the new version — so it’s worth checking back occasionally.

By opting in, you’re agreeing to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Ditto Print to the mobile number you provide — even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. These messages may be sent via automated systems and may include marketing (like offers, promotions, or cart nudges).

You don’t have to sign up for texts to place an order, and your choice to receive messages is totally up to you.

We don’t charge for the Service, but your mobile provider might. Message and data rates may apply, and the frequency of messages can vary. Check with your provider if you’re unsure about your plan.

How to Opt Out
You can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to DittoPrint or clicking the unsubscribe link (if included in the message). You’ll get a one-time confirmation, and then that’s it — no more texts unless you re-subscribe. If you’ve joined more than one Ditto Print messaging list, you’ll need to unsubscribe from each separately.

We may occasionally update the phone number or short code we use for messaging. If you send STOP or HELP to an outdated number, we might not get it — and we’re not responsible for missed messages in that case.

Our carrier partners aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Please make sure your mobile number is accurate and up to date. If you change your number, you’ll need to re-subscribe using the new one.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any delays, message delivery failures, errors, or actions you take (or don’t take) based on information sent via SMS.
