Thanks for ordering with Ditto Print! We’re here to get your coasters from screen to scene as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing Times

Every order is custom printed, just for you. Our standard processing time is:

• Artwork Approval: Within 2-3 business days (we’ll be in touch if anything looks off)
• Production Time: 12–16 business days from artwork approval
• Shipping Time: Varies by location (see below)

We'll email you updates along the way – including when your order is dispatched with tracking info.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently deliver Australia-wide via trusted couriers like Australia Post and Sendle.

Please note that these are estimates only, and we’re not responsible for carrier delays once the item has left our hands — but we’ll always try to help if something goes missing!

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders over $400 AUD.
For orders under $400, flat-rate shipping applies at checkout (usually between $25 $40 depending on size and destination).

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping through our online store. If you're overseas and keen on custom coasters, flick us an email at home@dittoprint.com.au and we’ll see what we can do.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it all the way to your door. If your tracking hasn't updated or something seems off, contact us and we’ll chase it up.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

• Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• Email home@dittoprint.com.au with your order number and a description (photos help too!)
• We’ll work with the courier and sort it out ASAP
