We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at home@dittoprint.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include a brief description and photos of the issue where possible so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) are non-refundable, unless they:
- Arrive damaged
- Contain a printing error that was not approved by you
- Differ significantly from your approved proof

Cancellations
You can cancel or change your order prior to it going into production. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible without incurring additional costs.
