Do you do raised print?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer traditional raised print however we do offer embossing, which can be found under Step 3 - 'Extras'.
What is the cost behind using an existing die?

Our die cutting service incurs a $50 + GST manual set up fee and $35 + GST run fee per thousand. This includes the cost to maintain, sharpen and store house dies, as well as the labour for our operator who sets your job up by hand.
What is the recommended breakdown for a rich black?

We recommend 40% C 40% M 40% Y 100% K
What’s the best stock option to be able to write / use stamp on the reverse of a card?

We suggest 305gsm Uncoated System Board, or 350gsm Cast Coated stocks for this use. These stocks have a completely raw back, which allows the ink to be absorbed into the stock as opposed to sitting on the surface, which can cause smudging.
Can you do rounded corners on custom sized cards?

Yes, we can but it would have to be done as a die cut because our Rounded Corner extra is only available on certain sizes. Please shoot us a request under Quotes > Special Request with the size and radius of corner you're after and we will see if there is a shape that we already have. If not, it will have to be done with a Custom Die.
Why can I only have Spot UV on 420 Matt Two Sided Stock?

This is mostly due to lack of demand to offer Spot UV on other stocks / finishes. But we are more than happy to custom quote you on Spot UV on other options. Just flick us an email with your quote specs.
Can my customer keep the foiling block if we order a new one?

Yes. All foiling blocks purchased by our customers are property of our customers. We store them here for easy reordering. You are welcome to request the block be sent back to you at any time.
Can you bundle my order into bundles of a certain quantity?

Yes, we're able to bundle your order for a small fee. Simply choose 'Bundling' from the Step 3 'Extras' and let us know how many you would like in each bundle and we'll do the rest.
What foil colours do you offer?

Our standard foil colours are Black, Clear, Gold, Silver, Blue, Red, Green, Rose Gold and Copper. If you're after a different colour to what's listed here, let our team know and we'll see if we can source it for you. If you would like to see a photo or if you require a colour that is not listed here, please shoot us an email or contact us via chat.
Why do I need to supply a proof for a job with extra finishing?

A proof helps our booking in and finishing team complete your job as per your expectations. Most extras require a proof as a visual of where they are to be placed. For example, if you order a drill hole, we will require a separate PDF proof indicating where you would like the hole positioned. In some cases, like with odd shaped jobs, we require a proof of the shape laid over the top so we can ensure there is enough bleed on the job and your artwork is positioned correctly.
Why is the turn around on Spot UV jobs so much longer than non-Spot UV jobs?

Because we gang most of our work and because the demand for Spot UV is lower than of non-SpotUV jobs, we only print 2 Spot UV runs per week. This helps us keep the costs down so we can provide you with the most competitive pricing.
Can I place an order for multiple versions of different quantity each?

Unfortunately you're only able to place an order for multiple versions if they are of the same quantity.
